Our Manufacturing Process
After you have approved your R&D samples, and stability testing has been completed, we’re ready to to move from pilot batches to full scale production batches.
Our filling lines are set up for a variety of container types, including bottles, jars, tubes, and packets (pouches and sachets). We also offer bundle wrapping, bottle labeling, shrink wrapping, shrink banding and shrink sleeving to suit your project needs.
Our testing capabilities include stability, micro, expiry date certification, and more.
Our robust quality control and quality assurance departments work in conjunction to elimiate any hiccups during production. Rigorously tested procedures are in place to ensure production is a smooth and seamless journey.
We do our best to complete all projects well ahead of schedule to give you the competitive edge over your competitors by never having to wait for product deliveries.
